DORIS NEUWERTH

Doris Neuwerth is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and has been in private practice since 1999.  During her training and her professional career she has undergone hundreds of hours of her own personal analytic work, hundreds of hours of clinical supervision and professional development.

Doris provides confidential and professional services in a safe non-judgmental environment for adults who are dealing with a wide range of emotional and relationship issues like:

* anxiety       * depression       * addiction       * loss       * grief      * anger       * stress

Doris is available for clinical supervision.

Doris currently also works with the Cancer Council WA as a Group Facilitator and Health Educator for adults who are struggling with tobacco addiction.  She has previously worked for seven years as an alcohol and other drug counsellor for the Salvation Army.

Doris continues engaging in regular professional development and clinical supervision.  She holds an Advanced Diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and a Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Social Work.

Doris is a clinical member of the Psychotherapists and Counsellors Association of Western Australia (PACAWA) and a clinical member of the Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA), through which she gained accreditation of the ‘National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors’ (Registration # 21006).
